Today I visited two Barnes & Noble stores with the new ISBN number for New Breed. The managers at the Hazard Center and Santee locations retrieved the book in their system and short ordered copies to sell on the spot! It was so great to leave feeling accomplished!
The philosophy of Barnes & Noble supporting local authors was supported today, as it was earlier this year at the Grossmont location. All of the headache and frustration seemed to be worth it.
I started a list of local book stores to contact so New Breed can be accessible to as many readers as possible because n San Diego. The Ingram Spark copy has different cover art, so I can’t wait for my proof copy and to order more copies to sell person to person.
