Providing a little insight on myself, I am a native Californian that has had a fascination with Vampires from an early age. My personal preference is for a more traditional representation. I’ve admired Edgar Allen Poe and Bram Stoker, not just for the horror, but the beauty in which they wrote. The attention to detail and imagery is what inspired me.
As I have posted on my Facebook page, this started as a writing exercise I challenged my self with when I had spare time. I was attending community college and working part-time. A brief vignette took on a life of it’s own, quite organically and my characters came to life and told the story. I am truly proud of my accomplishment and I hope many will enjoy the read!
