I’ve written a lot about my experience surviving three consecutive cardiac arrests. Before that, I was a Type 1 Diabetic. I’ve lived with this condition since age five. Insulin is as necessary for me as the air I breathe.
I’m so happy that Lilly is finally taking action against the ridiculously high price for this life sustaining medication. It may not benefit me direct, but it’s going to help my diabetic community.
